Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CSJGaming Discord bot (the "Bot") and any related services. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Bot. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Bot.

Moderation Features: The Bot provides moderation tools that allow server administrators to manage user behavior, including but not limited to user warnings, timeouts, message deletion, and user bans. You are responsible for how these moderation tools are used in your server.

Logging System: The Bot can log various server activities such as message deletions, member joins/leaves, and moderation actions. You are responsible for configuring these logs and ensuring they comply with your server members' privacy expectations.

Custom Commands: The Bot allows for the creation of custom commands. You are responsible for the content of these commands and ensuring they comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

Auto-Moderation: The Bot provides automated moderation features. You are responsible for configuring these features appropriately for your community needs.

You agree not to use the Bot for any purpose that is illegal, prohibited by these Terms, or Discord's Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening of other users
• Distribution of malware or other harmful content
• Spamming or flooding server channels
• Attempting to exploit or find vulnerabilities in the Bot
• Using the Bot to collect user data without consent
• Creating or using commands that violate Discord's Terms of Service

The Bot, including all related software, designs, text, media, and other content, is owned by CSJGaming and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Bot without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available or that it will function without errors or interruptions. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily suspend availability.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Bot at any time without notice. This includes adding, removing, or changing features and functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSJGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Bot.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by server administrators using the Bot's moderation tools, nor for any content created or shared using the Bot's features.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
